Most small businesses go under within their first two years and only 1 in 10 makes it ten years. Reading this book won't guarantee your business is the "one," but it can't hurt.

Be disaster-ready! Everything from an avian bird flu kit to edible wild plant playing cards. We got paranoid just looking through this online catalog!

Items appearing in "Random Sparks" are useful tips and tools, not paid advertisements. Contact us with suggestions for future issues -- business ideas, books and movies, useful strategies or resources, and fun things you find online.

June is full of new beginnings -- the end of school, weddings, summer vacations, and more. Our June issue is all about "fresh starts."
